FeedNest ("we", "our", "the app") is a baby feeding, sleep, and diaper tracker designed for parents and caregivers. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

FeedNest stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. The data stored on your device includes:

• Baby profile information (name, date of birth, gender)
• Feeding logs (breast, bottle, solids, supplements)
• Sleep and diaper logs
• Pumping and milk bank records
• Growth measurements (weight, height)
• App preferences and settings

2. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted on-device storage (MMKV). No data is sent to any cloud service, server, or third party. If you uninstall the app, all data will be permanently deleted.

3. Advertising

FeedNest displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• General location (country/region level)
• App usage and interaction data

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's settings under Google > Ads.

4. Children's Privacy

FeedNest is a tool for parents and caregivers, not for children. The app does not collect any data directly from children. Baby profile information entered by parents is stored only on the device and is never transmitted externally.

5. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Notifications – To send feeding reminders you configure
• Internet – Required for displaying advertisements

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob – For displaying advertisements. Google Privacy Policy

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any of your personal data with third parties. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob collects for ad serving purposes, as described above.

8. PDF Export

FeedNest allows you to export feeding reports as PDF files. These files are generated locally on your device and shared using your device's native share functionality. We do not have access to exported files.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app via Settings > Clear All History. Uninstalling the app will also permanently delete all stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
